House Rules
Accountability is a fundamental part of recovery. Our house rules are designed not only to maintain a structured and supportive environment but also to help residents develop personal responsibility that carries into everyday life.
Substance Free Environment
Residents of Rosewood are expected to maintain complete sobriety from illicit drugs and alcohol. We do not accept THC, benzodiazepines, or amphetamines.
Recovery Programs
Residents of Rosewood are expected to begin engaging in a 12-step program with a sponsor within 30 days of arrival at the house. This process fosters accountability, connection, and personal growth, reinforcing the core values of recovery.
Drug Testing
To maintain a safe and recovery-focused home, residents will be subject to random breathalyzer and urinalysis tests.

Can I have a car at Rosewood?
Yes, residents of Rosewood can have a car. However, public transportation is very accessible.
Are you a 12-step house?
Rosewood believes that there are multiple pathways to recovery. However, our home is a place for women who are willing to actively engage in the 12 steps and attend 12 step meetings.
Who is eligible to live at Rosewood?
Women (18+) who are committed to recovery from substance use disorder and are willing to follow house rules, participate in programming, be an active part of the recovery community, and maintain employment or be actively seeking work.
Am I allowed to go on overnight visits?
Residents may request an overnight stay by filling out an Overnight Request Form at least 5 days in advance. All overnight requests are subject to approval by the House Manager and will be granted based on the resident’s progress, accountability, and adherence to house rules.
