Rosewood
Meet the Team

Founder
Hannah Walsh
Hannah is the founder of Rosewood Women’s Sober Living and has been sober since December 2022. She is originally from Hingham Massachusetts and brings lived experience and a deep commitment to supporting women in early recovery.

Prior to opening Rosewood, Hannah lived in sober living on the South Shore and worked in a women’s sober living home in Quincy, where she saw firsthand the need for more structured housing. Those experiences shaped her vision for Rosewood and her focus on safety, structure, and community.

Hannah found recovery through a 12 step program and remains active in the community. In addition to Rosewood, she has experience in outpatient treatment settings and currently works in geriatric care management, helping families navigate the complexities of aging. She is always happy to answer questions and connect!

Manager
Izzy Unger
Izzy is the house manager at Rosewood and plays a key role in supporting the daily structure and operation of the home. Originally from West Lawn, Pennsylvania, Izzy came to Massachusetts for recovery and has been sober since March 2021. Izzy also lived in sober living themselves, giving them firsthand experience into the importance of structure and support in early recovery.

Izzy brings both lived and professional experience from working in women’s recovery homes and outpatient treatment settings. They currently work at Massachusetts Young People in Recovery, a statewide organization that supports young people in recovery through peer support, education, advocacy, and community-building. Izzy is also pursuing a psychology degree at Quincy College. As one of six children, they value connection and community.
Izzy is committed to fostering a supportive, accountable environment where residents can build stability, confidence, and a new life in recovery.
